It is professional in dealing with the logistics of chemical goods, dangerous goods, refrigerated goods, oversized goods and heavylifts. These high-end businesses win the fame for VICTORY. In 1993, we entered the domestic market and built up its branch office in Shanghai. In 2003, we got the NVOCC from the national Ministry of Transport (certificate No.: MOC-NV 03258) and the Class A Forwarder License from the national Ministry of Commerce. In August, we became a member of CIFA. (certificate No.:0592) In the May of 2006, VICTORY successfully joined the most influential freight forwarder association, FIATA . In December, we successfully applied for the CATA and became the Class A certificate sales agent. We successively set up our branch offices in Ningbo, Qingdao, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Xiamen and set Shanghai as the general headquarter of China.
